Before it was The Mockingbird, our building had sat dormant for over 40 years. It had deteriorated and was slated for demolition until our owners, Scott Pipkins and Brian Saffle, walked through it. They had a vision to create a space that would once again serve the downtown area. They decided to breathe life back into The Mockingbird and restored it to its former glory, a labor of love of two and a half years. Now, we want to share their vision with all those who enjoy the downtown atmosphere.
